Susan is both an attorney and C.P.A residing in Hendricks County, Indiana. She and her husband of 25 years along with their 4 children enjoy spending time together with the Gospel Martial Arts Union. Lezlie is a teacher at Heritage Christian School in Indianapolis in the Gifted and Talented Programming department. She is an arts advocate who has started both drama and puppet ministries in the past at Grace Community Church. She has also been a Kindergarten through 1st grade Worship Director and has served on the Board of Directors for The Central Indiana Crisis Pregnancy Centers. Lezlie and her family reside in Carmel, Indiana. She and her husband have 3 children. |
Mark Kratky - Finance Chair

Mark is currently the Controller for the Indianapolis Airport Authority. He also serves as a Finance Member with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana as well as coaching various youth sports teams for Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Mark, his wife and 3 children reside in Carmel, Indiana. |

As the Ministry Assistant for Dramatic Arts at Grace Community Church in Noblesville, Alison is always working to promote family oriented theater. Alison along with her husband and 3 children live in Westfield, Indiana. In addition to her work with CYT Indy, Alison continues to volunteer at WFYI-TV, Wheeler Mission Ministries Sunday Supper, Third Phase food pantry and is an approved Safe Families volunteer host family. |
Jay Boughner - Board Member

Jay is the Controller for Fanimation, Inc, a designer and manufacturer of high-end ceiling fans. He serves as Program Director on the Board of Behind The Scenes Club, the parent theatre organization supporting Carmel High School. Jay has done volunteer service work at Third Phase and Shepherd Community Center of Indianapolis. Jay, along with his wife and 3 children reside in Carmel, Indiana and are active members of Grace Community Church. |
