[Prerequisite Details]:
Students enrolling in this 2 week camp should have basic theater skills training prior to attending. Students should have a general feel for acting, blocking, singing, basic dance steps, etc. In other words, this should not be their first musical theater experience! It is an INTESIVE camp session, but well worth it!

TEENS ~ Are you ready to take your performance to the next level? CYT’s “Hairspray” Teen Intensive is FOR YOU!
This 10-day course provides professional-level musical performance training for ages 12-18. Conservatory-style learning will be led by experienced, adult, performance professionals. Master classes may include auditions, voice, dance, drama, directing, & tech/design ~ all focused on the high-energy music from “Hairspray.” Master classes will help experienced students build on and polish existing talent. And, oh yes, we plan on having a lot of fun and games, too! The two-week program culminates in a CYT "Hairspray" concert for friends and family that you won’t want to miss! |
